Meet Dr Jo Wilson
Dr Jo is a family and sports chiropractor in Goondiwindi, providing evidence-based care to support movement, nervous system function, and overall well-being. With qualifications in chiropractic, psychology, and sports medicine, she offers comprehensive care for individuals and families of all ages.
Originally from New Zealand, Dr Jo competed internationally in Three Day Eventing, giving her a strong understanding of injury prevention, performance, and recovery. She works with athletes and active individuals to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance performance.
Dr Jo supports patients from infancy through to older age, with a focus on healthy development, posture, and long-term health. She also integrates nervous system regulation and mindset coaching to help patients build resilience and sustainable lifestyle habits.
